Mango BBQ Shrimp Bowl – 🦐
Cauliflower rice quickly sautéed and mixed with cilantro and red pepper
Sautéed red cabbage
Wild-caught shrimp (sautéed and then tossed in this sauce).
1 Mango chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 tablespoons water
1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder, salt to taste
Red pepper flakes to taste
Juice from 1/2 large Orange
Chopped onion 1/4 cup
▶ Directions For Sauce:
1. Heat all ingredients over medium high until onion becomes soft, stirring every couple minutes.
2. Then use blender or immersion blender to purée the sauce.
